Christmas is well known for giving gifts to friends and loved ones and in turn, Barry Town Council have launched a Christmas gift appeal in which they are asking the residents of Barry to donate presents in aid of Syrian Refugee children living in Barry at Ty Iolo Hostel.
This year Barry Town Council will be collecting presents for: young parents, newborn, toddlers, children and teenagers.
All gifts must be brand new and unused and can be received at The council offices, 7 Gladstone road, Barry, where they will be wrapped by staff.
All donations are to be received by Tuesday December 20th. For more information, please contact Robyn on 01446 704920.
