Barry Male Voice Choir Enjoy Incredible Weekend at Royal Albert Hall

Nearly forty choristers were invited to the Royal Albert Hall to sing in one large choir, approximately 650 strong which was led by MD Edward-Rhys Harry (Composer, Arranger, Conductor)

BMVC were singing alongside another 12 choirs from 5 countries including Wales, England, Ireland, Hong Kong and America to a full Royal Albert Hall audience.

Chairman, Gareth Roberts said the following:

“Over the last few years Barry Male Voice Choir has gone from strength to strength, with increasing numbers and a huge step forward in the quality of music provided. Involvement in this Royal Albert Hall Festival is just reward for the hard work put in by the choristers and their musical team. The weekend was absolutely amazing, to be a part of such a prestigious event and to sing alongside 650 choristers and with full orchestra was something that we will never forget. We would like to thank London Welsh Male Voice Choir for inviting us. We were all very proud to be representing Barry at the festival”
